Sign a PDF

What this is good for

• Approving internal docs — vacation forms, expense reports, internal contracts
• Returning signed PDFs when you don't have a scanner handy
• Placing initials on multi-page documents (re-run the tool for each page)

What this isn't

This stamps an image on the PDF. It's not a cryptographic signature — the file isn't tamper-evident. For legally-binding signatures (contracts, deeds, agreements with hard verification requirements), use a qualified signature service that complies with eIDAS (EU), ESIGN/UETA (US), or your local equivalent.

Privacy

Both the PDF and the signature image are processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
